With our subscriptions, you will receive a new box of your ordered collagen supplement(s) on a regular basis at your home so you will never run out of your supply of collagen. You can choose between a 3 month, 6 month and 1 year subscription. The minimum duration period that we offer with our subscriptions is 3 months because it will take a minimum of 12 weeks to see improvements when using our collagen supplements.
All of our subscription products are continuous subscriptions with a required minimum duration. You will receive your subscription product(s) periodically and be billed over the same period. Generally, our subscription product(s) are billed on a monthly or quarterly basis, whereby we send you your monthly (or quarterly) supply of your subscription product(s).
The subscription products we offer are accompanied with a discount. After the minimum duration period, you still keep the discounted rate!

Yes, of course. After the required minimum duration period of 3, 6 or 12 months of your chosen subscription period, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There is a 1 month notice period, see our Terms & Conditions. However, when you cancel your subscription, you also cannot benefit anymore from the discounted rate applicable to your product.
